Everyday Paleo

Do you want to lose weight, regain your health, and achieve a level of fitness you never thought possible? Are you interested in eating the foods that our bodies are intended to eat, but have no clue where to begin? Well, this is where you begin...

Many folks set out on a fitness program to change their body and improve health. While fitness and exercise are certainly important components to achieving overall health, there are other factors involved. Bodies also require proper nutrition and lifestyle choices, and a healthy living environment. Unfortunately, many fail to realize the importance of nutrition to the success of a fitness plan. Some even allow nutrition to slide in the belief that exercise counteracts the poor effects of the diet. Diet and fitness are complementary and cannot be exclusive of one another to achieve a healthier body.

Why is Nutrition so Important?

Remember the old “You are what you eat!” saying? If you eat a healthy, nutritionally balanced diet, the body tends to be healthier; while unhealthy food choices lead to higher risks of illness and disease. Yes, there are other risk factors to disease such as genetics and environmental exposures; however, in many cases a good diet and fitness program have been successful in significantly reducing such risks.

Your body requires a certain set of nutrients to function properly. If that balance is not present, the body makes allowances and accommodates by altering processes and changing the body. For example, a diet low in calcium often results in weakening of bones and teeth as the body “steals” nutrients from storage to use in active body processes.

During a fitness plan, proper nutrition is even more important as the body will be expending more energy and processing reserves differently than during regular daily activities. For the goals of any exercise program to be reached, good nutrition must be met.

What is a Proper Diet?

A basic healthy diet is one that is nutrient rich, balanced and offered in moderation. Balanced components such as Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats, and Water are all necessary along with micronutrients must be offered for optimum effect. A balance of these components is especially important during exercise to ensure that there are adequate energy resources, muscle building tools, proper hydration, and underlying nutrients for use by the body.

The exact combination of these nutrients and the acceptable levels depend on the person. If the exercise plan is rigorous, as for an athlete, the body may require significantly higher calories and nutrients than the diet of a person seeking to lose excess weight. Certain medical conditions require modified diet plans as well.

Nutritional Supplements

A part of any good Diet is the need for nutritional supplements. Ardyss international markets very good liquid vitamin supplements. Ardyss Plus is great for fulfilling your supplement need. Ardyss also markets Body Shapers which are very popular these days. The Body magic shaper is the flagship product for them and this product can be purchased at www.getbodymagiconline.com or call 888-949-7771 ext 1

While the basics of nutrition will be present in virtually any healthy diet, the balance and moderation should be tailored toward the individual. Combining a balanced diet with your fitness program increases the potential for plan success since overall health is not dependent on one, but on the proper combination of all health affecting factors.
